Memorial Hermann seeking help in locating patient’s family

Memorial Hermann is seeking help to locate a patient’s family. 

The patient, named Simon Jesus Mendez de Lopez, is a Guatemalan male and is believed to be 56-57 years old. He is approximately 5 foot 3 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, according to a Memorial Hermann media release.

Anyone who believes they have knowledge of this patient is encouraged to contact TIRR Memorial Hermann at 1-800-477-3422.
